About the role

  • Customer Insight Analyst at RS Group leading data analysis and reporting for Content and Digital Merchandising teams. Delivering actionable customer insights across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for Content and Digital Merchandising teams
  • Partner with digital merchandisers to understand customer challenges and translate data into practical solutions
  • Design and implement frameworks to measure content quality and its relationship to commercial performance
  • Build standardised, automated reporting to support Digital Merchandising Quarterly Reviews
  • Deliver customer insights to suppliers, strengthening the value of our Supplier Partner Programs
  • Integrate new customer data sources into merchandising reporting, including Customer Data Master, Customer Data Platform, and Voice of the Customer systems
  • Expand reporting and datasets to deliver insights across global markets
  • Develop statistical models to demonstrate the value and impact of Digital Merchandising initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C digital data analysis
  • Strong proficiency with enterprise data and analytics tools, including Snowflake, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience applying statistical analysis to solve commercial and customer challenges
  • Strong data visualisation skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences
  • Deep understanding of the digital and ecommerce landscape, including key performance levers and KPIs
  • Solid knowledge of marketing channels and their impact on customer and business performance
  • Experience proactively identifying opportunities to improve user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX)
