About the role

Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Back Office systems team (ERP and legacy systems), ensuring stability, efficiency and continuous improvement of corporate processes.
- Maintain close relationships with business areas, translating functional needs into efficient technological solutions.
- Handle incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt responses, accurate analysis and effective resolution of tickets.
- Conduct requirements gathering and documentation with stakeholders, set priorities and align expectations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams (infrastructure, security, architecture, development) to integrate and evolve corporate solutions.
- Support improvements, testing, validation, deployment of new modules and updates to Oracle Fusion.
- Monitor process performance, identify automation opportunities and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience providing support to Back Office areas (Finance, Controlling or Procurement).
- Knowledge of ERP processes and functionalities — ideally Oracle Fusion (Financials, Procurement, SCM).
- Clear communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple areas.
- Experience in problem analysis, root cause investigation and delivering solutions.
- Intermediate or advanced English for reading, writing and understanding technical documentation.
