About the role
- IT Administrator for Ekimetrics managing Windows 11 and Azure Cloud in London. Supporting global IT projects alongside the Paris team while enhancing operations and infrastructure needs.
Responsibilities
- Prove hands-on support for the daily operations and maintenance of the Windows 11 device fleet, Microsoft 365 suite, Intune, and Azure services.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy computers using Intune and standardized provisioning processes.
- Deliver daily end-user support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track, document, and manage incidents using the ticketing system while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor hardware inventory and stock levels, ensuring appropriate forecasting and timely replenishment.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and service delivery.
- Serve as the primary IT Administrator for the London office, overseeing all local technology needs, operations, and infrastructure requirements.
- Actively contribute to major global IT initiatives, including continuous enhancement of Intune MDM and Windows 11 deployment workflows, participation in Azure cloud projects, and supporting global system and network security initiatives.
