Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end RFS, RFI and RFP activities, ensuring responses are delivered accurately and on time.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Commercial and Network to gather information and align on customer requirements.
Coordinate with account teams and customers to clarify expectations, provide updates, and secure necessary approvals.
Support customer onboarding processes while ensuring full compliance with CRM systems and procedures.
Handle reporting activities and contribute to the billing lifecycle.
Maintain strong focus on revenue and margin‑related KPIs.
Requirements
