About the role
- Automation Test Engineer designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks for web and backend processes at Vodafone. Collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality software solutions while supporting agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Core Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, and other relevant libraries.
- Automate test cases for APIs, web applications, and backend processes.

- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Requirements
- Proficient in Core Java and testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
- Experienced with version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Skilled in build management using Maven.
- Familiar with CI servers and automation tools including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledgeable in parallel and distributed test execution strategies.
