About the role

• Senior Expert Investigation Technical & Process Analyst at Vodafone. Responsible for technical investigations, fraud analysis, and reporting documentation with several stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible, as Senior Expert Investigation Technical & Process Analyst (m/f/d), for the design, creation and execution of complex technical analyses to investigate incidents and fraud scenarios across all business areas.
• You produce court-admissible documentation of analysis results to support legal measures.
• You manage the EQS whistleblower system in close cooperation with IT, identify improvement potential and are responsible for communication and coordination with the IT service provider.
• You act as the interface to Corporate Security for investigations related to data loss and process these cases in close coordination with various stakeholders.
• You develop tools and scripts to automate processes and reports and prepare data for the creation of management reports.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in a company within IT or cyber security.
• Extensive technical expertise for sound analysis and reproducibility of IT-related incidents.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong, structured and meticulous working style and a quick grasp of new topics.
• Precise communication skills and the ability to present complex matters in a structured and comprehensible way.
• Fluent German and English (C1, CEFR).
