Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of a single product by translating client and stakeholder needs into prioritized backlogs and clear, actionable requirements
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
- Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog and continuously evaluate and adjust priorities
- Gather, clarify, and document user and business requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for a single scrum team
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, BAs, and QA to ensure solutions meet customer needs
Requirements
- 2 or more years of relevant Product Owner experience required
- Experience working in Agile software development environments required
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences required
- Experience with finance and supply chain data preferred
- Experience writing SQL Queries preferred
- Healthcare experience is preferred
