Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Vizient’s stakeholders.
- Build consultative relationships with stakeholders to uncover learning needs, align to business objectives, and recommend the right solutions.
- Advise on modalities, technologies, and approaches that best accelerate performance and deliver measurable value.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear design strategies.
- Coordinate with SMEs, brand, governance, and LMS teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Monitor learner feedback, adoption metrics, and performance outcomes to evaluate solution effectiveness.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience in learning strategy, instructional design principles, or related field is required.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with SMEs, designers, and cross-functional partners to deliver rapid, high-value solutions.
- Working knowledge of blended learning modalities, accessibility standards, and content authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia).
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning approaches (e.g., GPT, adaptive learning, chatbots).
- Ability to balance strategic advising with speed to value in execution.
- Willingness to travel.
