About the role

  • Learning Experience Architect at Vizient collaborating with stakeholders to develop scalable learning experiences. Advising on instructional strategies, modern technologies, and ensuring quality in learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Vizient’s stakeholders.
  • Build consultative relationships with stakeholders to uncover learning needs, align to business objectives, and recommend the right solutions.
  • Advise on modalities, technologies, and approaches that best accelerate performance and deliver measurable value.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into clear design strategies.
  • Coordinate with SMEs, brand, governance, and LMS teams to ensure timely solutions.
  • Monitor learner feedback, adoption metrics, and performance outcomes to evaluate solution effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience in learning strategy, instructional design principles, or related field is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills with SMEs, designers, and cross-functional partners to deliver rapid, high-value solutions.
  • Working knowledge of blended learning modalities, accessibility standards, and content authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia).
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning approaches (e.g., GPT, adaptive learning, chatbots).
  • Ability to balance strategic advising with speed to value in execution.
  • Willingness to travel.
