Sales Development Representative generating leads for Vizcom's sales pipeline and supporting the global sales team. Identifying new sales opportunities via various outreach methods.
Responsibilities
Identify new sales opportunities through outbound email, social media, and calling.
Help the sales team reach out to inbound leads and set meetings.
Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives.
Track and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to establish and test lead generation strategies.
Requirements
1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Understanding of outbound sales strategies and tactics.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Quick learner and adaptable to changes.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Enjoy planning, executing, winning, and celebrating as a team.
Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment.
Willingness to spend 2-3 days per week at our office in San Francisco.
