About the role

  • Management of Data, Voice, and Video networks
  • Handling proactive and reactive service tickets
  • Investigation and analysis of alerts and incidents
  • Vulnerability assessment, obsolescence analysis, and improvements
  • Preparation and updates of network topologies
  • Project management, architecture, and network-related support
  • Support for post-sales and pre-sales teams
  • Supervision of Field Service operations
  • Experience administering Cisco switches and routers
  • Troubleshooting routing and fault investigation skills
  • Management of LAN/WLAN/WAN networks
  • Configuration and management of BGP/OSPF/HSRP/QoS/ACL
  • Monitoring of DHCP/TFTP/SNMP
  • Advantage: knowledge of DDRs/E1/SIP/VoIP
  • Advantage: knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
  • Advantage: knowledge of Cisco Unified Wireless solutions (WLC/ISE/CAPWAP/APs)
  • Advantage: knowledge of Cisco video conferencing equipment (Webex Control Hub/CODEC)

Requirements

  • Degree in Technology (in progress or completed)
  • CCNA certification (preferred)
