About the role
- RPA Specialist responsible for monitoring and resolving incidents in automated processes. Collaborating with internal clients to enhance operational efficiency at Vivo.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve incidents and issues in RPA automations; apply root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop fixes, optimizations and minor enhancements for automated processes.
- Analyze operational requirements with internal clients and translate them into technical deliveries.
- Document changes, maintain repositories and ensure the quality of information.
- Propose automations and simplifications that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Share knowledge with the team and participate in continuous improvement of procedures.
Requirements
- Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar).
- Experience and knowledge in C# applied to automated processes (development, integration and exception handling).
- Skill in log analysis, debugging and troubleshooting.
- Good communication with internal clients; focus on solutions that deliver value.
- Proactive attitude, learning-oriented and team player.
