About the role
- Systems Analyst supporting retail technology operations at Vivo, ensuring integration of critical systems for efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Be the IT owner for the technology domains that support and enable retail, including store operations, inventory and logistics.
- Participate in the implementation of solutions such as ERP, TMS, WMS, as well as return and voucher systems, using market technologies or in-house developments, ensuring integration between platforms and legacy systems.
- Support our teams of consultants, partners and development teams.
- Important to have knowledge of physical stores and e-commerce to help with system integration between channels.
- Encourage exploration and adoption of new technology solutions to serve these domains, contributing to efficient, flexible and innovative processes and solutions.
- Work together with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Guide architecture and system design decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and efficient.
- Support development plans, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Monitor the operations of software development centers and technology partners, evaluate solutions and monitor performance.
- Assist in transforming functional requirements into technical requirements, ensuring clarity, traceability and alignment with business needs.
- Perform analysis and specification of system integrations, including REST APIs, messaging, events, and synchronous and asynchronous communication, ensuring interoperability standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to define data models, API contracts, authentication/authorization policies and integration best practices.
- Oversee solution development to ensure quality, security, scalability, availability and performance aligned with the architecture standards of the area.
- Contribute to analyses involving infrastructure and operations, such as system behavior, integrations, resource usage, queues, APIs, databases, in addition to diagnosing technical problems and proposing solutions.
- Prepare and monitor development plans and delivery schedules, ensuring execution within the established timeframe and budget.
- Provide support to software development teams, technology partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, technical alignment and good delivery performance.
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems, payment methods and in-store customer journeys.
Requirements
- Preferred: completed Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate studies in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in software development, preferably in the retail sector.
- Experience with integrations and inter-system communication, including REST APIs, messaging, events, authentication and integration patterns.
- Strong technical background in the design and implementation of supply chain tools (WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP).
- Knowledge of major supply chain solutions in the market, such as SAP, Oracle, Linx Omni and others.
- Experience with iterative project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure, development environments, CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring and technical troubleshooting.
