About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for a business-critical corporate application.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Manage and monitor our Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to implement business solutions.
- Collaborate with WiseTech upstream provider.
- Document technical procedures and operational processes.
- Maintain and improve knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent vocational training with at least 3 years of experience in system administration and/or application support.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server, Microsoft ActiveDirectory Services and IIS.
- Understanding of XML EDI Interface.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; experience in a multicultural or multilingual environment is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English; ideally also German or additional languages.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including participation in on-call duties for up to two weeks per quarter.
