Responsibilities
Lead projects to evaluate assets and companies, providing the company with visibility into potential strategic returns and the value of expected financial benefits, and coordinate all stages of an M&A process;
Drive evaluation and negotiation processes for strategic alliance opportunities, new business initiatives and asset monetization that can generate value for the Company, assessing their strategic and financial viability;
Coordinate qualitative and quantitative assessments, focusing on asset management, valuation of opportunities and risk measurement;
Develop executive presentations supporting strategic and new business recommendations;
Lead complex discussions with teams and internal departments, Vivo executives and external partners;
Lead projects by coordinating their implementation and initial execution;
Build partnerships across Company departments to help achieve the objectives of the area and the projects led.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Law — desirable
Experience evaluating projects involving complex investment decisions and multiple business variables (Marketing, Technology, Regulatory, Finance);
Advanced experience in company and asset valuations, including development of financial modeling (valuation);
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations that require executive-level communication skills, persuasive impact and impeccable quality;
Proven experience in project management;
Advanced English and Spanish.
