About the role
- Project Manager overseeing high volume of store development projects for Pandora in North Sydney. Ensuring projects meet corporate standards and timelines while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Execute high volume of store projects and drive performance with defined market responsibility
- Ensure the highest standards of design and renovation in store
- Follow through store design and opening process from start to finish
- Contribute to the Network Plan for market and feed key content into Network Committee on all current and future SDPE projects
- Manage General Contractor's activities
- Lead all key project management activities in the Network space
- Monitor construction work progress to ensure concept stores are opened on time and within budget
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in project management and construction in retail
- Deep understanding of local retail market
- Experience with leasing management is advantageous
