About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing high volume of store development projects for Pandora in North Sydney. Ensuring projects meet corporate standards and timelines while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high volume of store projects and drive performance with defined market responsibility
  • Ensure the highest standards of design and renovation in store
  • Follow through store design and opening process from start to finish
  • Contribute to the Network Plan for market and feed key content into Network Committee on all current and future SDPE projects
  • Manage General Contractor's activities
  • Lead all key project management activities in the Network space
  • Monitor construction work progress to ensure concept stores are opened on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in project management and construction in retail
  • Deep understanding of local retail market
  • Experience with leasing management is advantageous
  • Experience with project management skills
