About the role
- Project Manager leading end-to-end management of agricultural system projects at Big Dutchman. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving innovative solutions for global customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of Big Dutchman system projects, from contract handover to final commissioning
- Manage and develop project execution plans including schedules, cost control, milestones, and resource planning
- Coordinate site construction, system installation and commissioning as per Big Dutchman’s design
- Track progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving delays or issues
- Review and translate customer specifications into technical solutions in coordination with BD Germany/Asia engineering teams
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, internal departments, vendors, and site supervisors throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate material shipments, site readiness, and subcontractor works to meet project milestones
- Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and drive future improvement in processes and execution standards
Requirements
- Degree in Civil, Building, Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in agricultural, livestock, or industrial equipment sectors
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with poultry farming operations is an advantage.
