About the role

Senior Product Analyst at Vivo overseeing the management of insurance solutions and implementing strategies for customer impact and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

You will define and implement insurance management strategies aimed at creating impact for customers and Vivo. Additionally, you will propose process and operational improvements and implement actions with a constant focus on service quality.
Be able to understand customers' real pain points, propose the best insurance solutions, and have the foresight to anticipate market trends;
Think strategically, analytically and creatively, building quality controls for business management;
Interface with internal areas to enable implementation of improvements. Understand and persuade internal stakeholders to enable business development;
Interface and negotiate with insurers to implement new insurance products and ensure the existing portfolio offers the best options for Vivo's customers;
Work together with various team members and internal company areas to resolve existing issues and prioritize requests;
Lead complex discussions with the team and internal stakeholders, guiding a structured decision-making process;
Track result attainment by developing reporting mechanisms to monitor the performance of different initiatives, communicating key learnings, results and best practices to different stakeholders;
Deliver executive presentations on operational performance as well as new initiatives to be discussed and approved.

Solid experience in insurance management; experience working at insurance companies is a plus;
Experience with agile processes and working in squads;
Analytical profile with a focus on innovation;
Resilient and able to face change;
Sense of ownership;
Organized and disciplined to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
