About the role

• Senior Project Manager leading implementation of OSS systems for B2B clients at Vivo. Ensuring project delivery, cost management, and team collaboration in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost and schedule estimates for projects;
• Ensure implementation of projects, requests, products and services meet expected timelines and quality;
• Formalize and communicate to management topics related to projects and diagnose process deviations;
• Correct deviations or request corrections from responsible areas;
• Lead and execute integrated management of highly complex projects;
• Perform planning and management activities for project costs and schedules for OSS systems;
• Monitor financials (actual vs. budget) and contractual activities with suppliers;
• Prepare a detailed OSS systems implementation plan together with internal teams and suppliers, identifying all required activities, timelines and owners; map impacts, requirements and prerequisites before work begins;
• Keep control systems (JIRA, VivoNow and Wiki) updated and compliant with SOX processes;
• Negotiate deliverables with clients (business area stakeholders) and suppliers;
• Actively resolve issues, pending items and impediments that put the project schedule at risk;
• Regularly produce detailed reports on the physical status of project and implementation activities, identifying potential risks and schedule delays;
• Coordinate or participate in tests, trials, certifications or homologations of new solutions;
• Lead multidisciplinary teams locally and remotely, both internal and from suppliers;
• Schedule maintenance windows (GMUDs) with Operations teams and oversee the execution of these critical activities during the window;
• Prepare and present executive materials for follow-ups, approval committees and financial/solutions forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, IT or Business Administration);
• Specialization in Project Management (PMI, PMBOK, Agile methodologies, etc.);
• Proven experience managing highly complex projects (planning, implementation, scope, communication, risk management, budgeting and scheduling);
• Previous leadership of multidisciplinary teams, both internal and third-party, with on-site and remote allocation;
• Strong knowledge of management and control tools (MS Project, Remedy, JIRA and Excel) and presentation tools (PowerPoint);
• Intermediate English comprehension and communication skills;
• Strong team leadership, collaborative mindset and ability to facilitate issue resolution and remove impediments.
