Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
Conduct business process assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications to align with client requirements.
Attend workshops and training sessions to educate clients and end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality.
Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Dynamics 365 to optimize business processes.
Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and data migrations.
Perform system testing, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates, features, and industry trends.
Contribute to pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
Certified in Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft certifications preferred.
5-7+ years of experience in functional consulting for Dynamics 365.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications, including, Sales, Customer Service, and other relevant modules.
Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
Excellent communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong project management and organisational skills
Exposure to Agile Methodologies
