About the role

• B2B Product Consultant developing and managing telecom products for Vivo, collaborating with teams and strategic business units to enhance services and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for the fixed-line and mobile segments, including requirements analysis and specification, planning, implementation and measurement of results.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on project status.
• Liaise with internal departments to align business needs for project development.
• Interact with stakeholders across the company’s value chain to coordinate proposed changes to strategies and/or requirements, acting as a catalyst for these actions across teams.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligned with the company’s business strategies.
• Work closely with IT, design and stakeholder teams to ensure understanding and delivery of requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis with business areas, translating them into clear user stories and use cases for the development team.
• Ensure sprints are aligned with strategic objectives and that the Product Backlog is clear to all stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery quality with a focus on creating a simplified and seamless journey for the end user.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher — degree certificate required.
• Experience in operational transformation projects.
• Experience in Marketing / Product / Innovation areas, including product development, portfolio management and launching new products and services.
• Comfortable with innovation and technology topics.
• Experience interacting with business support areas and IT for project alignment and development.
• Project management skills.
• Innovative thinking: ability to find creative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Inquisitive mindset, results-oriented and able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Technical knowledge of mobile and fixed-line telephony.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• English and Spanish desirable.
