About the role

• Systems Analyst responsible for managing IT project portfolios at Vivo Digital. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance project health and efficiency through analysis and training.

Responsibilities

• Have a solid understanding of the contexts of the portfolio projects you are leading;
• Build strong synergy with project managers;
• Prepare in-depth analyses based on information produced by projects to support corrective and preventive actions;
• Develop, approve and execute proposals that involve the entire IT ecosystem, with the goal of continuous improvement;
• Improve the health of the projects and programs you are overseeing;
• Know and monitor projects through the IT process flow, and provide guidance on IT governance, processes, financial flows, and IT tools;
• Deliver training sessions on project management, processes and IT tools;
• Contribute to defining continuous improvement themes for the area;
• Lead internal projects for suggested improvements and structural actions to make IT more efficient;
• Share knowledge by providing training to the internal team on project management, processes, IT tools, etc.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Project Management, IT Management, or related fields is a plus;
• Project management certifications such as PMP, ACP or equivalent are a plus;
• Advanced Excel is mandatory;
• Leadership and initiative;
• Consultative and proactive mindset;
• Experience in managing traditional (waterfall) and agile projects;
• Experience in project portfolio management;
• Serve as a facilitator for meetings, ceremonies and other team activities, helping ensure all team members are engaged and working together to meet objectives;
• Customer-focused with emphasis on the value of the product or service to be delivered;
• Ability to develop executive summaries and KPIs, and to handle analytical information;
• Confidence in conducting trainings and executive meetings;
• Experience with Jira;
• Experience with collaborative tools such as Miro;
• Knowledge of Design Thinking;
• Experience with OKRs.
