Responsibilities
- The Systems Analyst is responsible for developing, proposing, and implementing information technology solutions for business areas, aiming to ensure optimal efficiency and performance of systems, and to provide high-quality support to users across the Auxiliadora Predial Group.
- Gather requirements and analyze processes together with business areas to propose improvements to existing systems.
- Serve as the technical focal point between internal teams and software vendors or development teams.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by executing functional tests and validating new features.
- Manage the backlog of tickets and requests, identify root causes of issues, and follow corrections through to final resolution with the user.
- Extract and analyze data using SQL to support decision-making and generate reports for business areas.
- Prepare technical documentation and work instructions to keep departmental knowledge up to date.
- Deliver training to users on new tools or system version updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis, IT, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in systems analysis and gathering operational requirements.
- Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Analytical profile with a focus on problem-solving and user support.
- Ability to prioritize in a dynamic support environment.

- Previous experience in the real estate market or condominium administration.
- Experience with industry-specific ERPs or financial systems.
