Manage commercial relationships and develop solutions for government clients at Vivo. Responsible for meeting sales targets and engaging in public tenders.
Responsibilities
Responsible for commercial management and client relationships, identifying needs and offering the most appropriate products to meet the client, acting as an intermediary between clients and the company, and negotiating contracts and proposals;
Work directly with government clients, represent the company in public tenders (licitações públicas), present portfolio solutions, conduct client visits, and develop an account plan once the client portfolio is assigned;
Map clients' power structure and operating model, lead the understanding of business needs and prospect for opportunities;
Develop relationships and use workflow tools to record and track opportunities, interact with internal areas (technical and finance) to follow the project through to closure.
Requirements
Prior experience in commercial prospecting of Fixed Telephony Solutions (MPLS data networks, Lan-to-Lan, SD-WAN, etc.), Mobile and IT (equipment sales, security, cloud, IoT/Big Data) for large companies and public entities is essential.
Knowledge of mobile service solutions, advanced VOICE and DATA services;
Knowledge of the government customer business model and relationship, and familiarity with Brazil's Procurement Law 14.133 and Law 13.303;
Used to working with aggressive targets and daily reporting;
Focused on closing deals; a purely consultative profile is not sufficient;
Strong networking and ability to build external and internal relationships;
Profile that demonstrates interest and ability to understand clients' challenges, with business vision to find solutions that perfectly meet clients' needs;
Experience in large companies; experience managing tenders, preparing legal, financial and technical qualification documentation; ability to draft and register proposals and manage electronic and in-person bidding sessions (pregões), including preparation of appeals and counter-arguments;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
Preferred: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis or Computer Science.
