Responsibilities
Serve as the compensation reference for business partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and internal and external practices;
Perform various calculations, studies and comparative analyses related to compensation;
Conduct external competitiveness studies against a defined reference market;
Carry out job evaluation (role weighting) using the KF‑Hay methodology;
Conduct studies of salary movement and structural adjustments;
Design variable compensation programs in partnership with business stakeholders;
Participate in discussions and the possible development of ICP and ILP programs;
Consolidate survey results, compile statistical data and propose action plans;
Consolidate materials and present to the Compensation Committee;
Create dashboards and performance indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative (STEM) field;
Experience with data analysis in Excel (advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, PivotTables; VBA is a plus);
Knowledge of statistics and strong analytical skills for data interpretation (median, mean, mode, linear regression, interpolation and numerical distributions [or normal distribution]);
Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (KF‑Hay, Towers, Mercer), with preference for KF‑Hay experience;
