About the role
- Reference for compensation practices consulting and analysis within health industry in Brazil. Involves salary studies, variable remuneration design, and statistical analysis.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the compensation reference for business partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and internal and external practices;
- Perform various calculations, studies and comparative analyses related to compensation;
- Conduct external competitiveness studies against a defined reference market;
- Carry out job evaluation (role weighting) using the KF‑Hay methodology;
- Conduct studies of salary movement and structural adjustments;
- Design variable compensation programs in partnership with business stakeholders;
- Participate in discussions and the possible development of ICP and ILP programs;
- Consolidate survey results, compile statistical data and propose action plans;
- Consolidate materials and present to the Compensation Committee;
- Create dashboards and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative (STEM) field;
- Experience with data analysis in Excel (advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, PivotTables; VBA is a plus);
- Knowledge of statistics and strong analytical skills for data interpretation (median, mean, mode, linear regression, interpolation and numerical distributions [or normal distribution]);
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (KF‑Hay, Towers, Mercer), with preference for KF‑Hay experience;
