Responsibilities
Develop and monitor contract management processes, including preparing contract drafts and submitting them to the legal platform for validation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
Inform and guide involved departments about agreed contractual terms, ensuring correct billing and compliance with the terms;
Prepare and keep updated contract control reports, focusing on contract term, renewal deadlines, and adjustment indices;
Manage price list adjustments as provided in contracts or commercial agreements, ensuring updates in internal systems;
Oversee bidding/tender processes end to end, from opportunity identification to submission and updating of documentation on specific portals, controlling deadlines and mandatory requirements;
Monitor reports of inconsistencies and operational failures, proactively identifying root causes and implementing solutions together with the commercial team;
Ensure proper filing and management of contract documents and records, guaranteeing traceability and regulatory compliance;
Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Commercial, Operations) to ensure full compliance with contractual and legal obligations;
Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and estimate documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; completed or in progress;
Familiarity with operational systems for registration and control (ERP/CRM);
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (with emphasis on Excel).
