Responsibilities
Be on the front line in day-to-day client interactions;
Attend client alignment meetings and internal meetings;
Monitor project progress and ensure deliveries according to the client's schedule and brief;
Record meeting minutes;
Receive, analyze, refine, and enter briefings into RunRun.it (internal project management system);
Create tasks in the system and manage communication, execution times, and deadlines through them;
Lead the relationship with technical teams to manage and deliver project activities;
Adhere to SLAs and anticipate issues and solutions for the client and the squad;
Actively participate in more complex client and Data & Analytics (D&A) projects and deliveries;
Provide client support regarding all project information;
Provide visibility into the team's deliveries with a weekly status update;
Develop performance reports.
Requirements
Intermediate English;
Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
Previous experience in client service and management of digital/data projects;
