- Actively participate in more complex client and Data & Analytics (D&A) projects and deliveries;
- Provide client support regarding all project information;
- Provide visibility into the team's deliveries with a weekly status update;
- Develop performance reports.

- Previous experience in client service and management of digital/data projects;
