About the role

  • Business Consultant supporting client growth through strategic partnerships and direct commercial engagement. FGM Dental Group, a leader in dental care, seeks a dynamic professional.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies in partnership with clients to support their growth;
  • Provide direct commercial service to professionals within the assigned portfolio;
  • Prepare reports on sales, promotional activities, demonstrations and commercial initiatives;
  • Collaborate with the internal team to organize events for client development;
  • Strengthen relationships and maintain an up-to-date database of clients and influencers;
  • Conduct prospecting and client service across the designated region;
  • Meet targets and KPIs established by the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field;
  • Reside in the assigned region;
  • Experience in outside sales required (preferably in dental commercial sales or technical sales);
  • Valid Brazilian driving license (CNH) category B;
  • Flexible schedule and availability to travel
