About the role
- Sales Agent driving B2B sales for a startup in LegalTech and Real Estate. Focused on lead generation and closing deals primarily with real estate agencies in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Impulsar ventas y abrir oportunidades con potenciales clientes (principalmente agencias inmobiliarias y profesionales del sector):
- Prospección y contacto: llamadas , LinkedIn , WhatsApp y email .
- Cualificación de leads y detección de necesidades.
- Seguimiento del pipeline y gestión de oportunidades.
- Presentación del producto (demo) y apoyo al cierre (según experiencia).
- Feedback continuo para mejorar discurso y procesos comerciales.
Requirements
- Experiencia previa en ventas B2B , captación o atención al cliente (valoramos mucho el “hacer”).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Autonomía, organización y actitud proactiva.
- Interés por startups, tecnología y/o el sector inmobiliario.
- Disponibilidad para acudir a Barcelona 2–3 días a la semana.
