Support crisis communications with clarity, calm and confidence, helping manage sensitive moments with the right tone and pace.
Closely monitor the US media landscape, cultural nuances and emerging trends to anticipate opportunities and risks.
Provide regular reporting on media coverage, sentiment and performance metrics, helping us understand what’s landing and what needs dialing up.
Requirements
Strong experience in media relations, ideally with significant time spent operating in the US market.
A proven track record of securing impactful media coverage and managing high-pressure stories.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability for turning complex topics into compelling, accessible stories.
Strong contacts across US business, financial, consumer and trade media.
Experience in crisis communications and navigating sensitive or fast-moving situations.
Relationship-builder with confidence working across senior leaders, cross-functional teams and global markets.
Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum.
