About the role

  • Director of Corporate Communications leading enterprise communication strategies for Dairy Management Inc. Engaging stakeholders with narratives and overseeing media strategy in the U.S. dairy industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise communications for Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) and the U.S. dairy industry.
  • Engage priority stakeholders with timely narratives across the dairy value chain.
  • Oversee development of communications assets and ensure clarity in messaging.
  • Develop and execute trade and B2B media strategy to elevate dairy leadership.
  • Partner with farmer relations and outreach teams for aligned communication strategies.
  • Manage agency partners and oversee communications budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of progressive communications experience, including leadership roles within corporate and/or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Strong understanding of food, agriculture, sustainability, and/or CPG sectors; dairy industry experience a plus.
  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
  • Experience managing multiple high-profile initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven success managing agencies, budgets, and measurable communications outcomes.
