About the role
- Commercial Finance Analyst in Virgin Group analyzing financial performance and building commercial models. Collaborating across teams for strategic projects and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and report on financial, business and membership performance, including key performance indicators.
- Build detailed commercial models for new initiatives and partnerships.
- Prepare business cases and ‘deal sheets’ to support new opportunities.

Requirements
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is fundamental, with at least 1 year post-qualification experience preferred.
- Experience working in a commercial finance function would be a plus.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including building business cases and commercial models.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- The ability to translate complex analysis into clear, simple insights for non-finance teams.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively.
