Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate career management and payroll administration activities
  • Ensure payroll and career management for employees
  • Ensure and supervise the entry of collective payroll data
  • Ensure monitoring of sickness and absence records
  • Optimize HR management processes
  • Advise and assist departments in workforce management
  • Review individual requests to advise management
  • Ensure proper budgetary execution related to payroll
  • Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of HR statutes and regulations
  • Knowledge of budgetary and accounting management
  • Proficiency in office software and knowledge of HR software
  • Managerial skills
  • Autonomy and a proactive approach
  • Availability and discretion regarding confidential matters
