Responsibilities

  • Provide an effective and efficient reception/administrative service across Barwon Health sites
  • Ensure high quality customer service
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations within the assigned area
  • Support administrative workflows including documentation and medical record management
  • Maintain strict privacy, confidentiality, information security, and a respectful workplace

Requirements

  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and access to reliable transport
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with a professional, courteous approach
  • Demonstrated experience in a busy reception or administrative role within a confidential environment
  • High level computer literacy, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organisational, literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
