Responsibilities

  • Participate in defining and implementing the cybersecurity policy
  • Monitor and analyze security incidents
  • Manage and maintain system and network infrastructure
  • Contribute to patch and security update management
  • Automate recurring tasks (scripting: PowerShell, Python)
  • Handle Level 1 requests related to network flows/firewalls and report on actions taken
  • Participate in the security steering committee
  • Create and configure accounts and profiles in Active Directory (AD)
  • Create system/application images and manage their deployment
  • Install and configure PCs
  • Write and update technical documentation and procedures
  • Monitor emerging threats and security best practices

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing: Bachelor (BUT) in Networks & Telecommunications (equivalent to a 3-year Bachelor's) or equivalent
  • Preparing for: Master 1 or Master 2 in IT Security, Systems and Network Administration, or Cyberdefense (Master's level)
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, firewall)
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and system protection
  • Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Virtualization (VMware, AHV)
  • Monitoring/supervision tools
