Responsibilities
Acquisition and execution of projects in the areas of heat, cooling, acoustic and fire protection
Overall responsibility for project management and leadership of on-site teams
Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services
Obtaining tender documents and performing cost estimates
Preparation of proposals and compilation of specifications and planning documents
Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and financial targets
Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
Project tracking and preparation of measurements and documentation
Requirements
Degree in engineering or vocational training as a technician
Experience/competence in project management of construction-related projects, including project controlling, is desirable
Experience in technical sales and commercial/financial knowledge are an advantage
Strong cost awareness, sales affinity and negotiation skills
Confident presence as well as strong communication and negotiation skills in customer interactions
Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
Outgoing, open-minded personality with a pronounced team spirit
