About the role

  • Field Service Technician role supporting nationwide branches with IT projects and complex technical issues. Collaborating with central service desk for IT operations and maintenance in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist regional branches across Germany
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents (2nd level support)
  • Work closely and coordinate with the central service desk
  • Assist central IT with planning and implementing IT projects
  • Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot issues in network, client and printer environments
  • Ensure smooth local IT operations

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist in systems integration (Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) or comparable qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office products, Active Directory
  • Strong expertise in printing environments (CANON, HP, EPSON, SHARP)
  • Experience with software distribution, ideally Microsoft/SCCM
  • Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switching, routing)
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills and an independent, structured working style
  • Resilience and ability to handle stressful situations professionally
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High willingness to travel
