About the role

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events and support the team in working independently and self-organized
- Clarify technical requirements and define project objectives
- Lead complex development projects from the conceptual phase through to handover to the client
- Take responsibility for software quality, adherence to budget, and timely delivery of projects
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in software development within a mid-sized company or corporate environment
- Solid knowledge of Scrum and at least 2 years of experience in agile environments
- Clear communication, confident presence, and a self-organized working style
- Ability to motivate the team and provide constructive problem-solving
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Ideally experience with Jira/Confluence and a Scrum certification (e.g., PSM)
