Responsibilities
Implement and scale the Kanban method across different areas of the company, respecting each team’s context and maturity;
Design and facilitate workshops, trainings and hands-on sessions on Kanban, continuous flow, metrics and evolutionary improvement;
Support leaders and Product Owners in flow management, explicit policies, WIP limits and meeting cadence;
Monitor and analyze metrics such as lead time, throughput, aging and CFD to guide decisions and improvements;
Act as a mentor to agile teams, promoting autonomy, collaboration and a focus on delivering value;
Conduct maturity assessments and develop evolution plans based on Lean and Kanban practices;
Partner with other Agile Coaches and governance areas to ensure strategic alignment;
Serve, together with the other Agile Coaches, as the focal point for the Agility Chapter;
Requirements
Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Master and/or Service Delivery Manager in more than one team;
Experience and knowledge in Power BI;
Experience as an Agile Coach, Kanban Coach and/or Enterprise Agile Coach;
Proven experience and knowledge of the Kanban Method;
Experience and knowledge of Flight Levels;
Experience and knowledge in agile metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput, Monte Carlo, CFD, histogram);
Experience facilitating trainings, mentoring and team cadences/rituals;
Experience with techniques and facilitation of Product Discovery, Design Thinking, Lean Inception and MVP development;
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps;
Knowledge of metrics platforms (Nave, Power BI, Actionable Agile, etc.);
