Responsibilities
- Support and advise customers in 2nd and 3rd level SAP support
- Central point of contact for all topics related to SAP Business Warehouse and Business Intelligence
- Monitoring and reporting as well as further development of business processes in SAP BW/BI
- Recording and analysis of error messages and their resolution
- Documentation of processes and execution of tests in SAP
- Collaboration with the consulting team on exciting projects, taking new technologies into account
Requirements
- Technical or business-related education
- Experience as an SAP BI (Junior) Consultant
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP DataSphere as well as ABAP / SQL / HANA Script is an advantage
- Empathetic, friendly and committed personality
- Confident and professional communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written
