About the role
- Junior Controller managing controlling skills combined with digital tools. Supporting budget planning and forecasts in the business unit at Axians Infoma.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage our business unit’s revenue, cost and results controlling, including monthly reporting
- Prepare quarterly reforecasts and annual budgets and continuously monitor variances
- Support the team lead in preparing the annual financial statements
- Collaborate and coordinate with Sales on ongoing projects and billing
- Define and review monthly and quarterly Exchange Values and support project managers
- Maintain and further develop ERP system functionalities
- Prepare decision-making materials for management
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus
- Initial controlling knowledge and a strong affinity for numbers, or prior commercial/business experience desirable
- Committed, highly motivated, resilient and reliable
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented, with a team-oriented working style
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
