About the role
- Data Product Manager at Vibra Energia responsible for AI product strategies and data governance. Overseeing data ingestion, processing, and analytics across cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and governance for the data/AI product portfolio (prioritization, funding, dependencies, enablement);
- Conduct rituals with executive leadership and key areas to set objectives and roadmap;
- Implement a “data product lifecycle” model: discovery, delivery, operation, evolution, and decommissioning;
- Establish corporate standards: official metrics, semantic layer, catalog, SLAs, data contracts, and access policies;
- Measure value: ROI, efficiency gains, quality, reduced decision time, risk, and compliance;
- Lead adoption initiatives: enablement, communication, and consumption governance (BI: Tableau/Power BI/Looker);
- Coordinate AI/agent products: requirements, security, monitoring, feedback loop, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Strong experience in managing data/analytics/AI products in a corporate environment;
- Deep knowledge of data architecture and governance on GCP (BigQuery, pipelines, IAM, catalog);
- Experience measuring value and managing executive stakeholders;
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams/squads and influence priorities;
- Differentiators: Data & AI operating models, AI governance (policy, risk), finance/ROI, agentic systems (where applicable).
