About the role

Responsibilities
- Structure fundraising operations through bilateral bank financing, capital markets and development banks.
- Conduct due diligence processes for fundraising operations and bilateral transactions.
- Contract derivatives (SWAPs and NDFs) to hedge against financial exposure risks.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and feasibility analyses for transactions.
- Control and record debts and derivatives in SAP.
- Monitor financial and non-financial covenants of contracted debt.
- Prepare financial explanatory notes for the ITR (Quarterly Information Report).
- Monitor the governance of the Real Estate Investment Fund.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in the capital markets or financial area.
- Intermediate English.
