About the role

Responsibilities

  • Reading publications and court notices (intimations);
  • Drafting and reviewing pleadings and legal documents;
  • Preparing legal opinions and analyses;
  • Reviewing and updating case management systems;
  • Client meetings;
  • Preparing reports;
  • Tracking incoming and closed cases.

Requirements

  • Law degree required; postgraduate specialization in the practice area is preferred.
  • Active registration with OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association).
  • Experience in Banking Law and Consumer Law;
  • Agility and organizational skills;
  • Ability to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Reliable attendance and commitment;
  • Proven productivity;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
