About the role
- Legal partner specializing in real estate and tax law, managing judicial responsibilities and client agreements. Focusing on team collaboration and compliance with ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a judicial portfolio in real estate, tax and civil matters.
- Drafting all filings and pleadings for the portfolio;
- Negotiating and executing settlements;
- Entering data into the firm’s and the client’s systems;
- Monitoring case progress and procedural deadlines;
- Other routine portfolio duties.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
- Law degree completed; postgraduate studies in the area of practice preferred;
- Knowledge of Consumer Law/Civil Law;
- Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
- Experience in Tax Law (IPTU);
- Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands;
- Effective verbal and written communication;
- Reliability and consistent attendance.
