Responsibilities
Responsible for a judicial portfolio in real estate, tax and civil matters.
Drafting all filings and pleadings for the portfolio;
Negotiating and executing settlements;
Entering data into the firm’s and the client’s systems;
Monitoring case progress and procedural deadlines;
Other routine portfolio duties.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
Law degree completed; postgraduate studies in the area of practice preferred;
Knowledge of Consumer Law/Civil Law;
Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
Experience in Tax Law (IPTU);
Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential;
Ability to work well in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands;
Effective verbal and written communication;
Reliability and consistent attendance.
