Responsibilities
- Active monitoring of the team’s email inboxes
- Scheduling deadlines in internal systems (Legaldesk and Benner)
- Preparing hearing agendas, reviewing minutes, and managing subsequent deadlines
- Distribution and registration of new cases, including scheduling deadlines
- Monitoring requests and closures of subsidies, including in the client’s system
- Updating systems with case movements and case closures
- Preparing periodic management reports to support leadership
- Payment requests
- OBF requests
- Assisting other attorneys
Requirements
- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar (OAB)
- Previous experience as an attorney focused on high-volume labor (employment) law
- Experience handling a high case volume and manual, hands-on workflows
