About the role

  • Lawyer coordinating labor law cases and team tasks at vezzilapolla.legal. Focus on innovative solutions and professional development in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Active monitoring of the team’s email inboxes
  • Scheduling deadlines in internal systems (Legaldesk and Benner)
  • Preparing hearing agendas, reviewing minutes, and managing subsequent deadlines
  • Distribution and registration of new cases, including scheduling deadlines
  • Monitoring requests and closures of subsidies, including in the client’s system
  • Updating systems with case movements and case closures
  • Preparing periodic management reports to support leadership
  • Payment requests
  • OBF requests
  • Assisting other attorneys

Requirements

  • Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar (OAB)
  • Previous experience as an attorney focused on high-volume labor (employment) law
  • Experience handling a high case volume and manual, hands-on workflows
