Responsibilities
Active monitoring of the team’s email inboxes
Scheduling deadlines in internal systems (Legaldesk and Benner)
Preparing hearing agendas, reviewing minutes, and managing subsequent deadlines
Distribution and registration of new cases, including scheduling deadlines
Monitoring requests and closures of subsidies, including in the client’s system
Updating systems with case movements and case closures
Preparing periodic management reports to support leadership
Payment requests
OBF requests
Assisting other attorneys
Requirements
Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar (OAB)
Previous experience as an attorney focused on high-volume labor (employment) law
Experience handling a high case volume and manual, hands-on workflows
