About the role

  • Advogado(a) trabalhista atuando em contencioso de massas, elaborando peças e conduzindo audiências. Trabalho em ambiente híbrido e com várias iniciativas de bem-estar.

Responsibilities

  • Practice in mass employment litigation, covering all procedural stages and instances;
  • Drafting of legal pleadings of medium and high complexity;
  • Conducting strategic hearings;
  • Completing and updating internal and client case-management systems;
  • Other activities inherent to firm routine.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in employment law representing the employer/defendant (RECLAMADA), with litigation activities (pleadings, hearings and use of case-management systems);
  • Knowledge of all procedural phases;
  • Law degree (Bachelor of Laws); postgraduate specialization in the area is desirable;
  • Organized;
  • Autonomous and collaborative profile with the ability to manage multiple demands;
  • Regular attendance and strong sense of urgency;
  • Active OAB/SP registration.
