Responsibilities
Review and negotiate enterprise customer agreements, including licensing and procurement contracts.
Analyze and respond to legal and compliance requirements from large customers.
Provide advice on data protection issues, particularly in the context of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the GDPR (DSGVO), as well as AI and SaaS products.
Support the team in enterprise sales processes by assessing risks and proposing pragmatic solutions.
Translate technical and product-related requirements into clear, actionable contractual clauses.
Act as a trusted legal point of contact for founders and management.
Requirements
You have a legal background and understand how in-house legal teams operate.
You may have started your career in a law firm or gained experience in a legal department, particularly in areas such as data protection, technology law, or contract law.
You are a qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Switzerland.
You have solid knowledge of data protection law (Swiss DSG and the GDPR/DSGVO).
You have experience reviewing commercial contracts, ideally in a SaaS, technology, or licensing environment.
You can translate technical concepts into contractual logic and vice versa.
You have a good technical understanding or are willing to learn quickly.
You enjoy working independently in a flexible part-time role.
You communicate clearly and pragmatically with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
You are fluent in German and English.
You routinely use AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) in your daily work.
