About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Senior Coordinator supporting global partner recruiting at McDermott Will & Emory. Organizing interviews and managing candidate experience within legal recruiting framework.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the lateral partner recruiting process globally
  • Coordinates the recruiting process for candidates with partner recruiting team and search firms
  • Organizes and schedules lateral partner interviews
  • Updates and maintains partner candidate records and schedules
  • Reviews and refines interview schedules for optimization
  • Maintains strong understanding of the partner recruiting process
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external clients
  • Leads strategic projects related to recruitment process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three (3) years of related recruiting experience in a legal environment
  • 1-2 years of Partner Recruiting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and under own direction and initiative
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
