About the role
- Advogado(a) Sócio(a) de Serviço at vezzilapolla.legal responsible for civil judicial portfolio and credit recovery strategy. Focus on innovative solutions and integrity in legal practices.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a civil judicial portfolio (specifically credit recovery);
- Drafting all pleadings and documents for the portfolio;
- Critical analysis of cases with a focus on procedural strategy to maximize successful credit recovery;
- Legal research and case law (jurisprudence) analysis;
- Conducting hearings;
- Negotiating settlements;
- Updating the firm's and client’s case management systems;
- Case monitoring and procedural follow-up;
- Other routine tasks related to the portfolio.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
- Law degree; postgraduate specialization in the area of practice is a plus;
- Knowledge of Judicial Reorganization/Recovery is a plus;
- Experience in asset investigations (asset tracing) is a plus;
- Knowledge of banking law is a plus;
- Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Oral and written communication — direct client contact;
- Reliability and consistent attendance.
