About the role

• Advogado(a) Sócio(a) de Serviço at vezzilapolla.legal responsible for civil judicial portfolio and credit recovery strategy. Focus on innovative solutions and integrity in legal practices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a civil judicial portfolio (specifically credit recovery);
• Drafting all pleadings and documents for the portfolio;
• Critical analysis of cases with a focus on procedural strategy to maximize successful credit recovery;
• Legal research and case law (jurisprudence) analysis;
• Conducting hearings;
• Negotiating settlements;
• Updating the firm's and client’s case management systems;
• Case monitoring and procedural follow-up;
• Other routine tasks related to the portfolio.

Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
• Law degree; postgraduate specialization in the area of practice is a plus;
• Knowledge of Judicial Reorganization/Recovery is a plus;
• Experience in asset investigations (asset tracing) is a plus;
• Knowledge of banking law is a plus;
• Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Oral and written communication — direct client contact;
• Reliability and consistent attendance.
