Responsibilities
- Responsible for a judicial caseload in consumer and civil matters;
- Drafting all pleadings and legal documents for the caseload;
- Negotiating settlements;
- Entering information into the firm's and client's systems;
- Case monitoring and follow-up;
- Other routine tasks related to the caseload.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration;
- Law degree (complete); postgraduate qualification in the practice area preferred;
- Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
- Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
- Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands;
- Oral and written communication skills;
